I'm Jamie Pugh and lived in Swansea, South Wales, since July 2012 as I began a 12 month Sports Science Internship with Swansea City AFC.
I moved down to Swansea after graduating from Loughborough University with a First Class Honors in BSc Sport and Exercise Science in order to take up the internship.

My own sporting career has invovled playing football semi-professionally, running marathons, half marathons and other road races, and also amatuer boxing. However, my sporting interests stretch a lot further than that. To put it simply, if it invovles any of the following, I will watch, play, coach or otherwise take part in it:
effort, sweat, skill, hard work, fun, balls, raquets, competition......you get the point.
